How soon will I see results?

Most owners notice meaningful changes within the first 2–3 sessions, though full behaviour change typically takes 4–8 sessions depending on the issue and your dog’s history. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after your free assessment.

What training methods do you use?

We use positive reinforcement and science-based methods exclusively. No shock collars, no fear-based tactics — just clear communication and consistency.

Can you help with reactive or aggressive dogs?

Yes. Behaviour modification for reactivity is one of our most requested programs. We start with a careful assessment to understand the trigger before building a desensitisation plan.

Do I need to attend training sessions with my dog?

Yes, for most programs. Training only sticks when you learn the techniques alongside your dog, since you’re the one reinforcing it every day at home.

What ages and breeds do you train?

We work with puppies as young as 8 weeks through senior dogs, and every breed from toy to giant. Programs are tailored to your dog’s age and temperament.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a small fee of $15 to respect our trainers’ time.
